How to use the Swordland Showdown Planner

Plan who goes where before the battle starts, phase by phase, and give every captain the same picture of the plan.

  1. Set up your Legion

Pick Legion 1 or 2, give the plan a title and choose your entry zone in the northwest or southeast corner. Each Legion keeps its own players, groups and plan.

  2. Add your players

Open the roster and add player IDs or names, one per line. A player ID fills in the name, alliance and Town Center level. A Legion holds 30 combatants and 20 substitutes and needs at least 15 players to take part.

  3. Make groups

Create a group for each team you will send, give it a color and a role such as Attack, Defense or Gather, and pick a captain. Drag players onto a group to fill it.

  4. Send groups to buildings

Choose a phase and drag a group onto a building on the map, or pick its place in the group list. Copy the previous phase to start the next one from it.

  5. Add notes and arrows

Draw arrows for routes and add notes such as where to enter or what to hold. Each building can also have its own note in every phase.

  6. Share the plan

Download an image of one phase or of all phases and post it in your Legion chat, and use Group cards to send each captain only their own orders. You can also copy the plan as text for Discord, or download the plan file to open it on another device.

Frequently asked questions

What changes between the three phases?

The battle lasts one hour. In phase 1, from the start, the Sanctums, Abbeys, Belltower and Royal Stables can be captured. In phase 2, about 15 minutes in, the Swordshrine, Hall of Reformation and Mercenary Camp open. In phase 3 eight Undercellars appear in two waves of four, about 15 and 20 minutes in.

Which building gives the most Relic Points?

The Swordshrine: 9,000 Alliance Relic Points for First Control and 1,800 per minute while you hold it. Each Sanctum gives 6,000 and 1,200 per minute, each Abbey 3,000 and 600, and the four buildings with effects 1,200 and 240. After 30 minutes of uninterrupted control, Personal Relic Points per minute rise to the Alliance amount.

What do the Hall of Reformation, Mercenary Camp, Royal Stables and Belltower do?

The Hall of Reformation gives your squads +15% damage and −15% damage taken. The Mercenary Camp sends mercenaries that strike the enemy and weaken their Attack and Defense. The Royal Stables cut the free teleport cooldown by half, and the Belltower halves the time to capture a building, from 120 to 60 seconds.

Why are the Undercellars not on the map?

The server places them at random spots when they appear, so their positions cannot be planned in advance. Each one holds 4,800 Relic Points, so keep a group free to send when they are found.

How do I set which corner we enter from?

Choose your entry zone in the Legion settings. The map marks your corner as the Blue Zone and the other corner as the enemy's.

How do substitutes work in the plan?

Mark a player as a substitute in the roster. Substitutes fill the 20 substitute places instead of the 30 combatant places, and you can still put them in a group so they know where to go.
