How do I cancel?
Open your profile, choose Manage subscription and cancel there. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Ask within 14 days of a purchase and you get a full refund. Write to us through the contact page.
What happens to my extra setups when Pro ends?
Nothing is deleted. One setup stays open and the others are locked. They come back when you get Pro again.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Choose Manage subscription on your profile and change the plan there.
Who handles the payment?
Polar processes the payment and sends your receipts. Kingshot.net never sees your card details.
