Dear Governor,

[New Content]
1. New Gameplay: Oasis Island — Your ship is ready. Awaiting your command, Governor! Set sail for the legendary Oasis Island and build your new home! (Update to the latest version to play)
2. New Event: Alliance Brawl — The strongest alliances vie for power. Only through unity can mighty enemies be defeated. Join forces with your allies and lead your alliance to the ultimate victory! (See in-game calendar for event time)
3. New Event: Merchant Empire — Trade routes are now open. Governors will surely fight for control of these valuable caravans. Escort yours to reap rich rewards. (See in-game calendar for event time)
4. New Feature: Alliance Triumph — A weekly incentive plan has been introduced to reward hardworking Alliance Members. Complete as many Daily and Event missions as possible to earn generous Point Rewards!
5. New Feature: Sanctuary Teleport — A brand-new alliance tech is now available. After research is complete, you can teleport for free to the ruins of the Sanctuary or Fortress your alliance has registered for during the Sanctuary Battle.
6. New Heroes: Fahd, Yeonwoo, and Amane — Three Epic Heroes now available via events and recruitment.

[Adjustments and Optimization]
1. Kingdom of Power Optimization
(1) During the Preparation Phase, temporary development buffs are available until the phase ends, helping Governors prepare for the Kingdom of Power.
(2) Hero Shards in Ranking Rewards have been replaced with Combat Award. Governors can now choose Hero Shards or Lucky Hero Gear Chests.
2. Oasis Island-related Rewards: Rewards have been added to Kingdom of Power, Strongest Governor, Armament Competition, Officer Project, Grow your heroes, Defeat nearby beasts and All Out.
3. Resources Gathering Optimization: Search Area expanded and refresh time for gathered but undepleted nodes reduced to make gathering easier for Governors.
4. Arena Optimization: Introduced bulk purchase option for Challenge Attempts. It now displays recommended power, improving the overall experience.
5. Drop Reward Display Optimization: Introduced reward display. You now can view detailed drop info for activities such as attack on beasts, rally on terrors and Beast Hunting in Intel Missions.)
6. Stamina Acquisition Optimization: Added a quick-claim feature in the Stamina interface.
7. Gem Shop Optimization: Added General Speedups, Advanced Teleporter, and more items.
8. Infirmary Optimization: Healing Injured soldiers on the World Map now opens a popup instead of a full-screen interface.
9. Alliance Notice Optimization: The Alliance Notice popup now supports translation.
10. Alliance War List Optimization: New filter feature allows Governors to customize notification display.
11. Chat Optimizations:
(1) New Chat Draft feature now saves your input when switching channels or closing the chat window.
(2) Unvoted Notices now get reminders in Alliance Chat and the Voting Bar can be expanded or collapsed.
(3) Alliance Notice interface now shows announcement history, with copy and report options.
(4) You can now add a message when sharing coordinates.
