[Security Alert] Never Use Third-Party Top-Ups

Dear Governor,
We have received multiple reports regarding accounts being restricted due to "Refunding" from various regions. After investigation, we found that some of these cases involved using unofficial third-party top-up services.
To provide you with a fair and secure in-game environment, we will execute the following punishment depending on the severity of the infringement:
1. Remove all items, resources and other relevant content obtained through using third-party top-up services.
2. Players will be required to repay the relevant amounts arising from third-party top-ups and refunds.
3. Certain account features or login access will be restricted based on the severity of the violation.
4. Accounts involved in serious or repeated violations will be permanently banned.
We hereby remind all Governors that using third-party top-up services carries the following serious risks:
1. Source of Funds:
The source of funds used by unofficial top-up services is difficult to verify, and some may use someone else's payment method to complete the transaction. If the original payer requests a refund or the payment provider issues a chargeback, the top-up may be reversed and your account may be affected.
2. Account Security Risks:
Some top-up services may ask for your account details, verification codes, or other personal information, posing risks such as undelivered purchases, account theft, and personal information leaks.
3. Legal Risks:
Some top-up services may be involved in suspicious payments, fraud, or other illegal activities. Participating in such activities may not only result in in-game penalties but also expose you to other legal risks.
Governors, please top up only through officially approved channels. Do not trust unofficial offers such as "discounted top-ups", "rebate top-ups", or "Super Discounts", and never share important information such as your account details, password, or verification codes with others.
A seemingly cheap top-up service may pose even greater risks to your account and funds. Please top up through official channels and help us maintain a fair and secure gaming environment.
