Overview
Infantry are the tankiest troop type in Kingshot. They serve as the front line, absorbing damage and protecting your Cavalry and Archers. In Kingshot's turn-based combat, Infantry always attack first, meaning they're both the first to deal and receive damage.
Stats & Strengths
Infantry have the highest HP and Defense among all troop types but the lowest Attack and March Speed. Their role is primarily defensive — they create the time and space your damage dealers need to work.
The key stat for Infantry is Health. The longer Infantry survive, the more damage your Archers and Cavalry can deal. This is why Infantry Health gear (Infantry Shroud, Infantry Gloves) is the #1 gear upgrade priority.
