🚨THESE RULES APPLY TO THE ENTIRE SERVER
1 ⋆ No attacks on players in their alliance territory.
2 ⋆ Only 2 attacks allowed on a player MAX, if burns during first attack, no 2nd attack.
3 ⋆ City attacks only allowed when both parties are OUTSIDE their territory.
4 ⋆ No rally
5 ⋆ ALL tiles are free to be hit
6 ⋆ Duels are allowed if both players agree to it.
7 ⋆ No attacks during sanc/fort/outpost/castle battles.
8 ⋆ Rule violators will face a reprisal agreed upon by the alliance leaders.
